This is the hotel on the venue's property. Please try to book here first if rooms are available.

Transportation will be provided to the wedding venue from the Yamagata Lodge beginning at 4:00 pm. Transportation will also be provided from the reception back to the Yamagata Lodge with the last shuttle leaving at 11:00pm.

Hills to Hills will provide a shuttle to the venue leaving the hotel at 3:30 pm. Hills to Hills will also provide shuttles from the reception back to the Courtyard Beckley leaving at 11:00 pm.
