How do I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Kindly RSVP before Friday, August 30, 2024. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no," as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate everyone unless they are named on the invitation. Please make it a date night!

What should I wear?

Formal Attire

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If it rains, the ceremony space will be covered with tents.

Have you reserved a room block at a hotel for guests?

Yes! Hotel information can be found under the Travel tab.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes! If you are staying at the Yamagata Lodge, transportation will be provided to the wedding venue beginning at 4 pm. Transportation will also be provided from the reception back to the Yamagata Lodge with the last shuttle leaving at 11:00pm. If you are staying at the Courtyard Beckley, Hills to Hills will provide a shuttle to the venue leaving the hotel at 3:30 pm. Hills to Hills will also provide shuttles from the reception back to the Courtyard Beckley leaving at 10:15 pm and 11:15 pm.

How do I get to the venue?

Please note that the wedding venue is a 10-15 minute drive once you reach the gates.
